Clearly setting out the current and future health and well-being needs of our residents, the full Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) has been published.

First published in 2010, the document brings together what we
know about the health and wellbeing of the people living in Central Bedfordshire, and has now been extensively refreshed.

It has been developed in collaboration by Central Bedfordshire Council, Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Public Health and Links and was informed through the engagement of statutory and voluntary groups.

The JSNA has a key role in underpinning and informing Central Bedfordshire’s new Health and Wellbeing Strategy, leading to agreed commissioning priorities to improve outcomes and reduce inequalities.
