Key purpose of the Partnership
The Healthier Communities and Older Partnership Board is responsible for the health and wellbeing agenda.
Bringing together key statutory partners, service users and carers as well as community and voluntary organisations to help deliver personalised care and support that contributes to health and well being related outcomes and improves the quality of life of Central Bedfordshire residents.
